Payments relating to services already provided are not refundable, while any eligible refund is limited to the unused portion of the applicable subscription period in accordance with the stated SEBI requirements.
Subscription Payments & Final Sales
Payments made for a subscription are considered final in respect of the service period that has already been delivered or used by the client.
Refunds for Unused Subscription Period
Where a client requests cancellation of an active subscription, any refund applicable under the stated SEBI requirements will be restricted to the portion of the subscription that remains unused.
How the Refund Is Calculated
Where a refund is applicable, the amount will be determined on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the subscription after accounting for applicable charges.
Periods Not Eligible for Refund
No refund will be provided for the portion of a subscription during which services have already been availed by the client.
